Shipping and Shipping Costs

Tracking numbers are always provided once order is fulfilled and shipped to the address that is linked to your order. I am no longer responsible for the items once items are shipped, or any lost or stolen packages. 

Shipping charges are for the cost of shipping and handling this includes the cost of packaging, bubblewrap, labels, printer ink, shipping label, etc. 

If your package shows delivered but you did not get it please contact your local post office. 

Delivery Time

I will try my best to have all shipping sent out in 3-7 business days unless it is a more complex custom order which will be at most 2 weeks. 

Returns & Exchanges

Once an order has been placed there will be NO returns or exchanges

Each item is handmade so not all items will be identical.

I do work with glitter so there may be a chance glitter might end up on your product. 

Custom Orders

Samples will be emailed or texted to you before order is fulfilled.

A detailed description will be needed for all custom orders

Ex: I want a cookie monster tumbler with (insert name) on it and milk drip around the rim.
